Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a refund, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Worn or altered products

How to Request a Return
Please contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Please note that original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos — we’ll make it right at no additional cost to you.
